Story

In 2011, Mosaic Medical began its journey as Med-On-Site, founded in London, Ontario, with a simple yet vital goal: to support amateur athletic competitions with skilled onsite care. Over the next several years, the team expanded physically and operationally opening its first office at the Western Fair District (2013), launching an education division offering athletic injury and first-aid training (2017), and relocating to better facilities as its services grew.

The pivotal transformation came in 2020, when Med-On-Site rebranded as Mosaic Medical, evolving into a multifaceted healthcare provider offering event & onsite medical services, health education, clinical care, and innovative product solutions. That same year, the company earned a Medical Device Establishment Licence (MDEL) from Health Canada—granting the authority to manufacture and distribute medical devices across the country.

Today, Mosaic Medical is guided by a multidisciplinary leadership team—including experts like Dave Leonard (CEO and Director of Research, Education & Manufacturing), Liana Leonard RN (Chief Business Officer and Director of Health & Medical Services), and Dr. Mary Fotheringham MD (Chief Medical Director)—who steward the company's mission to modernize healthcare delivery through transparency, integrity, and accessibility.
